Salon Policies

Deposits

At Lock’s n’ Beards, we require a deposit to be paid prior to your appointment for: color appointments, perm appointments, and piercing appointments. 


This deposit will come off the clients final total on the day of the appointment. 


This deposit may be moved to another appointment if you need to reschedule.


This deposit may only be refunded if the client cancels 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT OR SOONER.


If a client has no-showed multiple times, they may be subject to prepaying/ making a larger deposit when booking future appointments. This goes for all appointments booked at Locks N’ Beards.


Please understand that this policy is put in place to protect our stylists and to deter people from booking unless they are sure they are able to make it! No shows make us sad :(

Running Late

If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call and let us know. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your stylist will likely be able to take you. However, anything later than that, we cannot guarantee and you will likely be asked to reschedule. We tend to be booked back to back and cannot always make things work if a client is late!
